Food Safety

  • We must communicate our food safety policy to all employees, visitors and contractors for continual improvement and effective FSMS.
  • We must commit to food safety practices with application of HACCP program, Food Safety Management System and always ensure that our products are safe for our customer.
  • We shall fully comply with Singapore, Japan and Korea legislative rules and regulation on food safety.
  • We must provide adequate training to ensure competencies of employees involved in FSMS.

Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction

  • We must always ensure that we are providing good product quality that meets our customer expectations.
  • We must always sensitive on the customer’s feedback and their anticipation on our service and product quality.

  • We must communicate our safety policy, Safe work procedures and individual safety obligations to all employees, visitors and contractors for continual improvement and effective OH&S management system.
  • We are committed to the hierarchy of control of OH&S risks and prevention of injury and ill health.
  • We are committed to consultation and participation of worker or worker representatives
  • We must comply with applicable Singapore OH&S legal and other requirements and promote occupational safety and health at the workplace.
